**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation (Wed-Sat Night Shift), you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our dedicated transportation services, ensuring that our customers receive timely, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of logistics professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our dedicated transportation services
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and careerzynith policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
* One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
