**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our members and providers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Effectively communicating with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed
* Providing extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
* Helping customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
* Assisting in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
* Managing your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
* Accurately documenting information exchanged during each call
* Other duties as assigned

* Be available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
