**Job Overview**
As an Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Specialist, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch service to our customers at our convenient retail locations. You'll go beyond assisting with customer orders, connecting personally with our customers, and uplifting their lives – even if for just a few moments. Our associates work in designated retail locations, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always on the move, adapting to changing situations, and finding creative solutions to customer problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions they may have, providing personalized support and solutions
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, thinking on your feet and finding innovative solutions
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to careerzynith's high standards
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring seamless operations
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest careerzynith tools and systems
* Receive truck deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing
**Physical Demands and Availability**
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient and safe operations
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable), adapting to different environments and situations
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
