Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to deliver outstanding service, drive business growth, and make a difference in the world. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences:** + Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. * **Operations:** + Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. + Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. * **Visual Merchandising:** + Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed. * **Inventory Management:** + Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised. + Take inventory and maintain records. + Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Photo Services:** + Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Suggestively sell promotional photo products. * **Web Pick-up Responsibilities:** + Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus. + Fill orders (pick items). + Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store. * **Store Maintenance:** + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous retail experience preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role. * Knowledge of store systems and store equipment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
