**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support
* Registering sales on assigned cash sign-in, providing clients with courteous, honest, friendly, and green checkout services
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with services and products
* Resolving customer troubles and answering inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
* Fashioning and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to provide an exclusive and exceptional customer experience
* Recommending products for sale to clients and suggesting trade-up and/or partner products
* Registering consumer purchases on assigned coins sign-in, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested
* Maintaining counters and shelves smoothly and nicely merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining data
* Implementing employer asset safety methods to prevent and minimize profit loss
* Ensuring compliance with state and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
* Constructing and continuing presentations, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products
* Assisting with separation of food products (e.g., raw food from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by guidelines/strategies
* Providing customer support within the photo area, including digital passport image services, poster print, and creative device, and suggestive promotion of promotional photo products
* Assuming web pick-up responsibilities (video display orders in image Care Plus, fills orders, and provides orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
* Assisting with outside and indoor maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store situation and appearance
* Complying with all agency regulations and tactics; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
