As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for: * Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. * Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. * Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience. * Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested;
