**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Data Entry Officer to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a key member of our Customer Service & Admin teams, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Data Entry Officer, you'll be responsible for the following duties:
* **Customer Service**
+ Make outbound calls to follow up with callers where callers have left a message with their name and phone number.
+ Make accurate data entry of feedback provider's feedback in the feedback database and maintain proper documentation records.
+ Retrieve status updates on feedback provider's feedback from the feedback database.
+ Provide administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre.
+ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
* **Data Entry**
+ Review data entries, identify erroneous entries, and correct erroneous entries where applicable.
+ Use Google maps or other tools to identify postal code of a location based on information provided by feedback providers.
+ Conduct simple analysis on data entries.
+ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Essential Qualifications**
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil to effectively converse with callers.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and use of e-forms.
+ Able to work with databases.
+ Self-driven, able to work independently, meticulous, and organized.
+ Good team player, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
* **Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior customer service/call centre experience.
