**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Expert at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
* Appropriately communicating with customers
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Ability to work overnight shifts
* 6 months Customer service experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer system
* Proven oral & written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
* Internet Connection Requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
