**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with careerzynith. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner
* Work in a helpful and collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization
* Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other related services
* Process payments, make change, and balance daily transactions
* Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-related information
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Handle customer baggage and freight, ensuring that it is loaded and unloaded efficiently and safely
* Manage customer issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage, and other related issues
* Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
* Write incident and complaint reports as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, customer service, business administration)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
* Ability to understand reports, follow directions, learn and understand tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines
* Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
* Ability to complete customer service training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period
* Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis
* Ability to work under close time deadlines to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft
* Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
* Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to communicate information and directions verbally or through radio equipment
