**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with various aspects of the rental and return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and checking-in vehicles at return
* Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment
* Entering information into handheld devices and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
* Working effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A valid driver's license
* Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
* Effective verbal communication skills and a strong customer service focus
* Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
**Preferred Qualifications**
