Our team of experienced professionals is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction * Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of bank consumer products and services, including new account documents * Collaborating with the branch sales/service team to achieve sales and service goals * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and sales data * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills **Senior Teller Responsibilities:** As a Senior Teller, you will also be responsible for: * Supporting the bank branch paying/receiving function, including technical supervisory skills to provide assistance in training of new tellers * Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in banking operations and procedures * Providing guidance and support to new tellers and other team members as needed * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including teller transactions and customer interactions **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of three years' related banking and/or sales experience required * Specialized banking education/training preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications **Preferred Qualifications:** * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with careerzynith products and services a plus **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At careerzynith, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
