**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative with careerzynith, your minimum responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service
* Accepting payments from customers, researching customer billing inquiries, and updating customer account information
* Interacting with customers and careerzynith employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seek cost-effective, safe, and environmentally sound solutions to service issues
* Other duties as assigned by management
**What We Need from You**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of high-volume customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong understanding of software applications and technology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
