**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
* Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers
* Meet or exceed performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
* Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient, with high-speed internet connectivity and a secure service via ethernet cable
* Must be able to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
* Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals
**Education**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.15
* This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
* The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
