**Your Role as a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Remote)**
As a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Remote), you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
* Helping customers resolve technical issues and concerns related to healthcare services
* Assisting with correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
* Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
* Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
* Being efficient in navigating multiple systems

**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED
