As a women-owned small business, we're proud to be part of the New York State community and to have earned national certification as a women-owned business. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly * Navigating multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources * Maintaining clear and accurate records of calls and actions * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and their customers * Responding to inquiries via phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility, and general questions about policies and payments * Collaborating with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery **Schedule and Location** This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with flexibility to report on-site if needed. Our office locations include Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Utica, and while this position is primarily remote, you must be available to report on-site if required. **Pay and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $16.29, with the opportunity to increase to $18.22 upon hire.
