**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Processing customer policy change requests**: Ensure seamless policy changes and updates for our valued customers.
* **Securing trailing documents**: Obtain and verify necessary documents from customers to maintain accurate records.
* **Handling incoming claim calls**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support.
* **Completing Evidence of Insurance requests**: Verify and process requests for insurance certificates and other documentation.
* **Taking premium payments**: Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner.
* **Referral generation**: Encourage customers to refer friends and family, and explain our referral program.
* **Customer information updates**: Verify and update customer contact information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.
* **Answering incoming calls**: Respond promptly to incoming calls, providing exceptional service and support.
* **Returning phone messages**: Ensure timely follow-up on phone messages and customer inquiries.
* **Understanding underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements**: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and requirements.
* **Generating insurance quotes**: Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
