**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain support team, you'll be responsible for managing orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring seamless delivery of goods. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing orders for a customer base primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL), and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, etc.)
* Managing small parcel shipments (<50 lbs), domestic and international; orders and samples; hazardous and nonhazardous
* Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs)
* Communicating with customers via email, phone, fax, etc.
* Communicating with carriers and drivers as needed
* Communicating with Production personnel and Management
* Label printing for orders and shipments
* Data entry required
* Creating and editing various documents in Word
* Creating and editing spreadsheets in Excel
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
* Organized and detailed approach to work
* Competency in Word and Excel
* DOT Hazardous Materials certification (training provided)
* Multi-modal (IATA) certification (training provided)
* CVI registration (training provided)
