**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative on our night shift team, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing software, databases, and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions
* Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data protection and customer confidentiality
* Participating in ongoing training and coaching to expand knowledge of careerzynith, its products, and services
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**What We're Looking For**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

* Proficiency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or retail environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) a plus
* Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer with repetitive hand and wrist movement
