**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in supporting the not-for-profit organization's scholarship program, which provides critical funding to students attending K-12 private schools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming calls from families and schools regarding student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
* Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support to callers, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are addressed
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Staying up-to-date on program policies, procedures, and changes to provide informed support to callers

**Qualifications**
* At least one year of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* English proficiency, with a language assessment required for all candidates
