Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand careerzynith's ETM software operation, billing, and account management systems.
- Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed.
- Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebill accounts after receiving insurance information, and arrange financial agreements with patients as required.
- Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
- Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be an asset:
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
- Experience in retail and restaurant service, with a strong customer service background.
