**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing proactive and professional support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Identifying root causes of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Scheduling appointments for customers and maintaining accurate records
* Utilizing customer relationship management tools to research inquiries and document customer interactions
* Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
* Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
* Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each day

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

**Technical Requirements**
As a remote 1099 independent contractor, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
* Two screens (two monitors or one monitor and one laptop)
* Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no wireless)
* High-speed internet with a minimum of 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
* Working computer camera
* USB or wired headset with volume control and mute function
**Compensation and Benefits**
As an careerzynith 1099 independent contractor, you'll enjoy:
* Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training)
* Flexible schedule with Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM work hours
