**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
