**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Setting appointments and conducting presentations to union members who request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
* Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and career growth
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* 18+ years of age
* Must pass a background check
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
