You'll be responsible for managing inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, while also meeting or exceeding our quality and productivity targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics * Research participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses * Address basic questions or issues, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives as needed * Provide clear and accurate information to callers, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor * Keep accurate records of all conversations and meet contractual qualitative and quantitative targets * Perform tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates **Essential Qualifications and Skills** * At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in an office setting taking inbound calls * Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills (at least 40 wpm) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers * Quality and accuracy of tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets * Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
