**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional results
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, providing seamless support and ensuring customer satisfaction
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
