**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary duties will include:
* **Providing Service to Patients**: Answer patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience and building trust.
* **Excellent Communication**: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, to patients and internal stakeholders.
* **ETM Software Operation**: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our billing and account operations.
* **Billing and Account Operations**: Learn and understand our billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
* **Telephone Inquiries**: Answer and document all telephone inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to patients.
* **Problem-Solving**: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed and printing courtesy claims and itemized statements.
* **Financial Agreements**: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
* **Other Duties**: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
**Qualifications and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
* **Microsoft Windows Environment**: Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is required.
* **Bilingual English/Spanish**: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Retail and Restaurant Experience**: Candidates with experience in retail and restaurant service are strongly encouraged to apply.
