You'll work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customer challenges and provide exceptional service. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their challenges and providing exceptional service * Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales growth **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Ability to commute to our facility from your home * A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer programs * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics * Experience working in a team-based environment and collaborating with internal teams **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional service * Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs, including CRM software and other computer programs * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
