**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Delivering top-notch service to every customer, every time.
* **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Cross-selling items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlighting current marketing promotions.
* **Maintaining a Clean Store**: Assisting with maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
* **Stocking Shelves and Coolers**: Stocking shelves and coolers, and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.
* **Meeting Sales Targets**: Working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Prior Customer Service Experience**: 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
