**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Providing fast, friendly customer service to all guests, both in-store and at the gas pumps
* Operating a cash register and lottery machine with accuracy and efficiency
* Tracking inventory in cigarettes and lottery tickets to ensure accurate stock levels
* Cleaning and maintaining the store and parking lot to create a welcoming environment for customers
* Processing vendor deliveries and replenishing store product to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Completing daily paperwork and accounting for all transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum age of 18
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another
* Ability to operate a computerized POS system with ease
* Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
