**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our U.S. Part Administration Community team in Oklahoma. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering calls and addressing part-facing visits, and resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
* Determine customer needs and provide proper resolutions, including answering general Costco.com/item questions and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
* Consider and offer solutions as needed to resolve customer issues
* Work as the primary contact between Costco.com clients, merchants, purchasing and activities staff
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or addressing visits
* Utilize critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
* Past customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient business writing skills
* Ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 wpm
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Solid foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and phenomenal closing skills
* Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
* Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
* Strong time management skills
* Bilingual abilities a plus
