**Key Responsibilities**
As an careerzynith Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
* Creatively problem-solving to provide sound solutions to customer needs
* Providing a high-level of customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
* Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions, maintaining accurate records
* Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, with ease and efficiency
