Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for executing our customer service strategy, resolving member concerns, and providing excellent service to our members. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail or membership-based organization.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
