**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Close clients in the new market as assigned
* Develop and execute stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
* Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
* Onboard existing clients' locations information
* Document all stakeholder interactions into CRM
* Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
* Be responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships
* Play a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
* Ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
* Network actively to expand presence in the market
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
* Strong analytical and competitive skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
