**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly
* Navigating multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources
* Maintaining clear and accurate records of calls and actions
* Responding to inquiries via phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments
* Providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a courteous attitude at all times
**Schedule and Pay Rate**
This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, and the pay rate is $16.29/hr, increasing to $18.22/hr upon hire.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
