Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work-from-home setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in engaging with our clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or certification preferred.
- 6+ months of experience working with computers and electronic equipment, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
