As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly * Communicate policies, procedures, and regulations to customers in a clear and concise manner * Issue IDs, process applications, and administer vision, driver, and in-car road tests as required * Process diverse vehicle registrations, titling, tax, and fee collection, and other DMV-related services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills * Ability to lift 10-25 pounds * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Experience working with automated systems and personal computers **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a government agency or regulatory environment * Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with customer service software and tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
