**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service/Dispatch Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also working as a dispatcher to gather and provide information to customers and vendors. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Work as a dispatcher to gather and provide information to customers and vendors
* Follow a script to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
* Use strong computer and web knowledge to navigate our systems and tools
* Enter data accurately and efficiently using our dispatch software
* Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Available to work weekends and all holidays
* Must have all necessary equipment (laptop, dual monitors, headset, etc.) prior to start date
* High-speed internet capabilities (careerzynith does not supply equipment)
* Strong computer and web knowledge
* Strong data entry skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
* Experience working as a dispatcher or in a similar role
* Knowledge of our industry and products
* Certification in customer service or a related field
