Experienced Customer Service/Repair Representative – careerzynith

Our commitment to excellence, collaboration, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do. **The Role** As a Customer Service/Repair Representative at careerzynith, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Interfacing with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment * Managing repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient resolution * Requesting and entering required information per written process to execute repair, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Leading problem resolution activities, including capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround * Completing repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customers * Supporting activities that meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required to successfully manage the business, including delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, and more * Running reports, reviewing detailed datasets, and recommending process changes to improve KPI delivery * Participating and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals * Supporting other roles or tasks as requested by management **Qualifications and Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field, or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed * Experience in managing repair priorities for customers, with a focus on meeting schedule and KPI requirements * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to commute to Bartlesville, OK (required) **Benefits and Compensation** As a valued member of the careerzynith team, you will enjoy: * A competitive salary, with a range of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) plan + Dental insurance + Health insurance + Vision insurance * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for the Customer Service/Repair Representative position at careerzynith.
