You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you'll be an internal advocate for clients with careerzynith, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with us. **Key Responsibilities** * Accounts: Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments. * Risk: Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn. * Relationships: Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation. * Product: Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders. * Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests. * Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention. **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience. * Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. * Relationship builder with a calm and collected demeanor in crisis or criticism situations. * Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick insights from complex data sets. * Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. * Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data. * Curious by nature and interested in making an impact. **Preferred Qualifications** * Solid track record of achievement, with success in a top-tier company or delivery of quantifiable business impact. * Experience with cross-functional project management with multiple stakeholders. * Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services. **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
