**The Role**
As a Customer Success Manager on our Mid-Market Team, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships, advising on marketing strategy, best practices, and feature functionality. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, and New Product Specialists to provide maximum value for your customers while retaining and growing revenue for careerzynith. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Cementing relationships with new and existing customers through onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
* Developing a "consultant" perspective to customer communications, questions, and meetings
* Leading and presenting at regular customer meetings, both in-person and over video conference
* Analyzing customer usage to form accurate forecasts and identifying, clearly communicating, and managing risk throughout the year through proactive touch points
* Contributing to the continued development and improvement of the careerzynith Customer experience

* 2-4 years of account management experience, with some experience in MarTech
* A strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
* The ability to learn new software and navigate complex work processes

**What we offer**
As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus/commission, equity, and benefits. You'll also have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including health & wellness programs, equity, and more. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
