**Job Description**
As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for engaging directly with 5-7 customers to configure and implement our AI solution according to functional and performance requirements. You will drive user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients, develop and maintain good relationships with clients, and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to assure exceptional results with regular visits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage directly with 5-7 customers to configure and implement AI solution according to functional and performance requirements.
* Drive user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to assure exceptional results with regular visits.
* Based on requirements, develop solution concepts and system architectures together in coordination with the engineering team.
* Collaborate with the product owners, business users, and technical team to design and implement solutions.
* Work closely with client's technical team to understand requirements and draft solution proposals integrate with customers' existing systems.
**Work Location and Travel Requirements**
The work location is remote, but candidates must be located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, New York, West Virginia, Tennessee, or Arkansas. A passport is a must-have given frequent travel to clients in the USA, Brazil, and Columbia.
**Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:**
* 4+ years of SaaS CSM experience (firm requirement)
* Managing a BoB of $2-$3+ MM and some past experience in cross-sell and up-sell
* Previous experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors is a huge plus
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
* Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and objectives, and tailor our platform solutions to align with their goals
* Be open to share, communicate, and discuss with colleagues and demonstrate open tolerance to recommendations and to learn and implement solutions as a team
* Ability to develop Healthy Customer Relationships, enhance customer training, and product usability
* Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence

**Expected Salary and Benefits**
The expected salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. careerzynith offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
