**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our CRM system
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in workflow processes and data population to drive business insights and decision-making
* Supporting department leadership with dashboard statistics and performance metrics
* Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support
**Key Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement)
* 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
* Flexible schedule with availability to work Monday-Friday, 7AM-8PM, with occasional Sundays
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
