**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues in a fair and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and judgment
* Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of careerzynith policies, procedures, and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, using our CRM system
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
* Passion for trading cards, gaming cards, and collectibles (a plus!)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in customer support or a related field
* Knowledge of the trading card industry and collecting experience (strongly preferred)
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
