**Job Description**
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies, utilizing multiple insurance company systems
* Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
* Assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
* Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
* Adapting to a fast-paced environment and embracing change with flexibility and enthusiasm
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Property & Casualty insurance license and at least one year of customer service experience
* Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Empathy and understanding of customer needs, with a passion for providing solutions
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and a willingness to learn
* Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
* Availability to work 9:30am - 6pm MST, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
