**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Demonstrate sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of Shopbop's full range of products and services
* Handle customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, considering policies and procedures within the Service Level Agreement
* Ensure clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices
* Utilize a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries
* Work with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity
* Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages
* Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs
* The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment, maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Fluency in one of the following languages: Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
* High school diploma or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
