**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with careerzynith's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting general technical issues related to the careerzynith platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and issues.
* Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the careerzynith platform, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
* Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
* Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
