**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Providing exceptional client care and ensuring timely resolution of client queries
* Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, and customs
* Data entry and handling of various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and other participating government agencies
* Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
* Ensuring compliance with all international importing and exporting regulations
* Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other careerzynith activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service to clients
* Processing organization financier shipments
* Handling distant filings and ensuring all service and organizational strategies are followed
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, business, international trade)
* No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
* Required skills include MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
* Ability to use various systems and reference materials
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, internal staff, and management at all levels
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* HS Certificate or GED
* Industry experience in logistics, customs, or trade compliance
* Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
* Experience with customs clearance software and systems
