**The Role**
As a Data Analyst on our Pack Trial and Error and Examination team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business clients across Hulu, Disney, and ESPN. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Operations, to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them
* Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to timely and relevant data insights
* Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of various drivers from multiple perspectives
* Define and investigate audience segments to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Work with other Examination teams to integrate data from various sources, creating a comprehensive and compelling narrative
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer engagement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
* Proficiency in R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
* Experience working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
* Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space
* Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including but not limited to MVT and A/B testing
