**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by performing accurate and timely numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction. You will work in a team environment, ensuring that work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines. **Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions
* Ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
* Cross-train and provide support in other areas of the department as needed
* Work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
**Qualifications**
* 1 year of previous data-entry experience
* Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
* Team-oriented
* Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
* Logical decisional-making rationale
* Ability to work under limited supervision
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
* Must be able to work in a confidential environment
* Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
* Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel

**Compensation and Benefits**
The pay rate for this role is $16/hour.
