**Key Responsibilities**

* Work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs and schedule
* Enjoy flexibility and work-life balance while working from home
* Receive comprehensive training and support to excel in your role
* Participate in discussions online or in-person, depending on the study requirements
* No minimum hours or prior experience required
**Job Requirements**
* Computer with internet access
* Quiet work space away from distractions
* Ability to work in an environment without immediate supervision
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not needed but can be a bonus
* Backgrounds in health care, warehouse worker, delivery drivers, customer service, etc. are welcome
**Job Pay**
* Up to $250 per hour for single-session research studies
* Up to $3,000 for multi-session research studies
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
* Ability to read, write, and take direction
* Data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
